We stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next expedition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
